Hi All,

We are excited to announce that we have successfully concluded Phase I of our selection process. We are continuing our quest to search for those Digital Innovators that will set our organization to new heights by launching Phase II of the search process.

We hope irrespective of your continuation in the selection process, you will continue to be engaged with us. We value your ideas and your input. We are confident your colleagues who are continuing in the selection process would love to share their experience and seek advice as they move along.

We have sent eMails to everyone who has logged their applications before the deadline. If you are yet to receive the Yammer invite, pls. InBox us.

Finally we are ready to send out the Yammer invitations.
Instructions
1. In the eMail you receive there is a button to 'Accept' the invitation

2. In creating the profile,
a. First name : Enter the 'HDI Ref No'
b. Last Name : Enter your first name or a nick name (Based on the level of confidentiality you want to maintain )
c. Set a password
d. job title : Enter your dream job !

3. In the 'Join Groups' page - Click 'Join' on all groups that's shown

4. Add a photo - Again if you are worried about confidentiality, upload a discreet image else your face is the best !

Hi Everyone – Thanks for awesome response from all applicants and everyone else!

Here are the next steps,

Phase 1
In this phase we will be selecting 30 – 35 applicants who will move into Phase 2. [Which we already know is going to be a tough job for us! ]

Steps :
1. Join Yammer group
a. During the course of Tuesday 8th July each one of you will receive an invitation on eMail to join a Yammer group (We will be using the eMail address mentioned in your CV. If you want us to use a different eMail address then pls. inbox (on FB) us an eMail address before 9am tomorrow)
b. You will also receive your ‘HDI Reference Number’ via FB
c. Use this reference number as your name when registering to Yammer group for now. (This is to keep your names confidential)

2. IQ Test
a. OK, nothing too complicated, we've tested it ourselves :)
b. Its 20 questions to be done in 20 minutes.
c. This will be an online test. We will be publishing the URL for this on Yammer by tomorrow evening after sending out all Yammer invites.

3. Problem solving
a. You will use your knowledge, skills in analyzing a problem and creativity to solve a business problem!
b. Again you’ll do this as teams on-line via Yammer

4. Your CV
We will be rating your CV based on,
a. Quality of the CV [ Neatness, proper spelling, formatting, etc. ]
b. Qualifications and experience
c. Any other special achievements
d. Where we feel clarifications are required, we will contact you either via FB or through a telephone call. (This is only if we need some clarification based on information given on your CV)

After step 1 - everything else will happen in parallel.

By 16th July you will know whether you have made it to the next phase or not.
