The programme provided valuable practical knowledge and industry best practices, helping participants strengthen their technical skills and better prepare for future careers.

DIMO is leveraging its engineering expertise to deliver international-standard floodlighting solutions for the Sri Lanka Tennis Association’s hard courts. This initiative will enhance training opportunities, support competitive play, and contribute to the development of world-class tennis infrastructure in Sri Lanka.
By enabling high-quality evening training and tournament conditions, the project will help create an environment where local talent can thrive and the sport can continue to grow.
DIMO has been officially commissioned by the Sri Lanka Tennis Association (SLTA), in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Tennis Premier League (SLTPL), to design and install international-standard floodlighting systems for their hard courts.
Funded through the SLTPL’s Tennis Development Fund, this project represents a significant step forward for the sport in Sri Lanka, enabling high-caliber evening training, local tournaments, and international-standard play.
Groundwork is scheduled to commence in the first week of June. We are proud to leverage our engineering expertise to deliver world-class infrastructure that supports athletic development and fosters local talent.

DIMO recently hosted students from the Automobile Society of the University of Peradeniya for an industry exposure visit, providing valuable insights into Mercedes-Benz aftersales operations, international automotive service standards, and the latest advancements in both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies.
The visit offered students a valuable opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world industry practices while gaining firsthand exposure to modern automotive engineering and workshop operations.
