Artemis II Crew Safely Exits Capsule After Moon Mission

The four Artemis II astronauts exited their Orion spacecraft Friday, moving onto an inflatable recovery platform in the Pacific Ocean after a 10-day mission around the moon.
NASA’s Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, and Canada’s Jeremy Hansen, are now undergoing medical checks aboard a U.S. Navy recovery ship. The splashdown concludes the first crewed lunar flight in over 50 years.
