Late Post: We're so grateful to have had the opportunity to have the first session of the RockStars Leadership Programme at H-Connect Private Limited

We had the pleasure of launching the RockStar Leadership Program for the second time as a part of the management development for succession planning. We will be running 2 batches simultaneously with a mix of workshops, group coaching, online study, and one-to-one coaching. Thank you H-Connect Private Limited for embracing our model and trusting us over the years. H-Connect is a classic example of a company wanting to develop people on the same Leadership DNA in a top-down approach. Tried and tested over 2 years on a journey with them, we know the culture and people transformation it had an impact on.

Two weeks ago we wrapped up another successful program for a 2nd Pearson Lanka batch for the Unleashing the Rockstar in You Program. What started off as our usual program, transformed into a complete online delivery as a result of the unprecedented pandemic. The 12 individuals of this batch received one-to-one coaching, and took part in workshops, and a heart project, all while working from home and engaging online. End of a program but the beginning of a journey! Exactly two weeks ago, we wrapped up a program for 16 individuals in the leadership pool of Hirdaramani Group with a blend of workshops and one to one coaching. These are some of the pics of the finale that enabled the participants to showcase their own projects in which the Rockstar Model was demonstrated. What a heartfelt ending it was when we all saw what 16 individuals can do when they collaborate in super teams for a cause larger than themselves! The transformation was almost tangible at times when you shared as a group.
