Last night at London Grill, I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Theo Michaels for an exclusive preview of his Greek culinary showcase at Cinnamon Grand Colombo.

What struck me most wasn’t just the food — it was Theo himself. Warm, genuine, full of stories, and incredibly passionate about sharing the flavours of Greece. We connected almost instantly, and spending time with him was just as memorable as tasting the beautiful dishes he has curated.
