During their stay in Colombo we took the guests of The World to Kandy, which is just a 35 minute helicopter ride away from Sri Lanka's capital. They spent a full day exploring the Royal Botanical Gardens and the internationally-renowned Temple of the Tooth, which houses a sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha.

Earlier in November our team hosted the people of The World for one week in Sri Lanka. The World is the largest private residential ship on the planet and offers luxury apartments for those who want to explore the earth in style. Based at Sri Lanka's two major sea ports, our guests were able to explore much of the island, taking helicopter and sea plane transfers to places such as Galle and Kandy and indulging in a range of exclusive experiences in Colombo and Trincomalee.

We kicked off 2016 by hosting an Indian wedding group for their three-day after-party in Galle. This included travelling on a private luxury train, an exclusive party on Taprobane Island and evenings spent at three of Galle's most sumptuous properties.

The first few days of a very successful incentive: We’ve been busy here at InStyle Incentives flying our cheerful group of reps for one of Belgium’s top insurance companies into the cultural triangle for three days of sarong parties, elephant safaris, climbing the cultural sites, and bundles of fun. Our team had a great time teaching the group cricket, and the group enjoyed teaching our team how to turn king coconut juice into cocktails!

The Brief: To organize an educational trip to shed light on where Sri Lanka is as an island nation and where it’s going. The group comprised of 20 well-travelled CEOs from around the world accompanied by their spouses. The trip needed to be upmarket, exciting, unique and full of insights and introductions to the country’s top brass.
Our Solution: We designed CEO, Sri Lanka College – a seamlessly executed eight day incentive to the Cultural Triangle, Galle and Colombo. We combined buyouts of luxury accommodation with exceptional experiences like private dining on the UNESCO World Heritage Galle Fort Ramparts, private train and flight transfers, private Kandyan Perehera and special hosted dinners and events with thought leaders from the business and political arena.
