A Seafood stock made from roasted fish head and prawn heads.

Basmati Rice cooked with Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Capsicum (for a little zing), White Wine, Saffron, Paprika and Tomatoe Paste.

Topped with halved Prawns, crab meat and cuttlefish

Garnished with Parsley and Lemon Juice.

Great design is the act of bringing together materials, textures and shapes that would normally not coexist, but when you do, it feels like they've always belonged together.
