ශ්රී ලංකාව තුල මෙම අගය සෑම පුද්ගලයන් අට දෙනෙකුටම එක් අයෙකු වන බව?
දීර්ඝ කාලීන මානසික සුවතාවය අහිමි වීමේ ප්රතිඵලයන් ලෙස සියදිවි නසාගැනීමේ උත්සාහයන් සහ විශාදය වැනි තත්ත්වයන් ඇති වන බව?
ක්රමවත් මානසික සුවතා වැඩසටහන්, උපදේශන සේවා සදහා යොමු වීමෙන් ඉහත සඳහන් තත්ත්වයන් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම මගහරවා ගත හැකිය.

අද (10) ලෝක මානසික සෞඛ්ය දිනයයි.
මානසික සෞඛ්ය වනාහි අප ඉතා අඩුවෙන් අවධානය යොමු කරන, නමුත් අපගේ සමස්ත යහපැවැත්ම සඳහා බෙහෙවින් වැදගත් වන කරුණක් බව ලෝක සෞඛ්ය සංවිධානය අවධාරණය කරයි. පුද්ගලයෙකුගේ මානසික පැවැත්ම ඒ අයගේ රාජකාරි සහ පෞද්ගලික ජීවිතයේ සමතුලිතතාවයට ඉවහල් වේ.
2020 ලෝක මානසික සෞඛ්ය දිනයේ තේමාව වන්නේ “සියල්ලන්ටම මානසික සෞඛ්යය” යන්නයි. මානසික සෞඛ්යය හා සම්බන්ධ අධ්යාපනය සහ දැනුවත්භාවය, පිළිගැනීම සහ වෘත්තීය සේවා ලබාගැනීම සඳහා වන පහසුකම් සැමට ලබා දීම ඉතා වැදගත් බව මම විශ්වාස කරමි.
இன்று (10) உலக உளநல தினம்.
உள ஆரோக்கியமானது நாம் மிகக் குறைவாக கவனம் செலுத்துகின்ற ஒரு விடயமாக உள்ளது. ஆனால், இது நமது ஒட்டுமொத்த நல்வாழ்வுக்கும் மிகவும் முக்கியமானது.
தனிநபர்களின் உள ஆரோக்கியத்தை பராமரிப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவத்தை உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு வலியுறுத்துகிறது. ஒரு நபரின் மன நிலை அவர்களின் தொழில் மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்வில் சமநிலையை பேனுவதற்கு பங்களிப்பு செய்கின்றது.
2020ம் ஆண்டுக்கான உலக உளநல தினத்தின் கருப்பொருள் "அனைவருக்கும் உள ஆரோக்கியம்" என்பதாகும்.
உளநலம் சம்பந்தமான கல்வி, விழிப்புணர்வு, அங்கீகாரம் மற்றும் உள ஆரோக்கியம் தொடர்பான தொழில்முறை சேவைகளை வழங்குவது மிக முக்கியமானது என நான் நம்புகிறேன்.
Mental health is a seldom spoken matter, but very vital to improve our overall well-being, as also emphasised by the World Health Organisation. Functional mental health is paramount to maintain one’s work-life balance.
The theme of the 2020 World Mental Health Day is, "Mental Health for ALL". It is my belief that mental health related education & awareness, acceptance, and access to professional care should indeed be for all.
