Podcast Labz is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our growing team.

You'll work on podcasts, YouTube videos, reels, shorts, and social media content for international clients.

📍 Location: Kadawatha (Hybrid - Home Office + Work From Home)

💰 Salary:
LKR 40,000/month during the first 2 months (Training Period)
LKR 60,000/month + Performance Commission after successful completion of training
Additional LKR 5,000/month if you use your own laptop for work

Requirements:
✔️ Basic knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
✔️ Basic English skills (Listening & Reading)
✔️ Good attention to detail
✔️ Willingness to learn and grow
✔️ Reliable internet connection
✔️ Ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have: • Canva

While we can technically hear really low frequencies (70Hz and below) and really high frequencies (15Hz and above). Those frequencies are more of a feeling or energy that we experience.

When you're mixing music, you might want to keep those, or even accentuate them, to give a different experience.

When it comes to dialogue, those frequencies are not needed; they only offer distractions from the content being recorded.

That's why your high and low pass filters are really important.

Your low pass filter Let's allow all the low frequencies to pass and cut off all the high frequencies.

So cutting out all of those really high sibilant frequencies is important for getting a great listening experience for your audience!
