Always go beyond and provide more value
where you can. If you see something your client can improve on you should suggest it to them even if it is out of scope. If you know someone who can partner up with them and help them expand, connect the two. When they grow, you grow.

Let them know how your expertise can help. A good customer who is a good fit will understand the value of outsourcing it to professionals to handle. The expertise and experience they bring to the table , out ways the cost. It saves them the time to it takes to first educate themselves before they can initiate any projects not forgetting the trial and error process.

It's been a long journey and we've had our share of ups and downs being a startup. The key is to have an open mindset to learn and never stop educating yourself and most of all not giving up on your dreams.
