Rashani Meegama
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Rashani Meegama is a civil and corporate lawyer counting 16 years in the private Bar.
She holds a Masters in Law, in International Trade Law from the University of Colombo and has extensive experience in corporate litigation, contract negotiations and drafting.
Rashani has also trained and worked as a USA immigration case handler in a reputed immigration law firm in Houston TX.
She has also been a Founder Director and Head of Operations of a reputed Legal process outsourcing firm known as Vohara Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, in
Sri Lanka, which offers UK based outsourced conveyancing services.
She is now the Managing Director at Riktha Group of Companies comprising a Sri Lankan Corporate Law Firm and a Legal Process Outsourcing Firm providing immigration services to US Law Firms.
She has also served as a UNICEF appointed legal research consultant for The National Child Protection Authority of Sri Lanka, in the sphere of national Cyber Security Laws and Regulations.

I joined Riktha Solutions in March 2021, as a Legal support specialist. Working as a Legal support specialist has allowed me to improve my knowledge in Immigration law, Analytical skills and customer service. I have gained knowledge in Visa cases such as U-Visa, AOS Family, Naturalization & Employer work authorization.
I am currently following a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Previously being employed at Legacy Health as a Senior Executive help me to gain knowledge in customer service and RRD gained experience in analytical skills and team lead experience.
