This wallet holds a special place in the story of Hides & Stitches.
It’s not just another bifold.

Five years ago, when this brand began, we started with nothing more than a leather starter kit from and a few YouTube videos. We didn’t fully understand the craft yet, but we trusted one thing from the very beginning — the importance of good materials.

The leather used in this wallet is the very same leather that came with that first starter kit. The same hide. The same colour. The same texture. Even the same smell. When I came across it again, I knew I had to buy it. Even without an order, I wanted to make something for myself — a reminder of where this journey started.

Then a client came forward asking for a wallet in that exact colour. It felt like everything had come full circle.

Five years later, we’re more experienced, more intentional, and more refined — but the values remain unchanged. We chose quality from day one, and we continue to build on that foundation, one wallet at a time.
