Yara Tea, also known as Yara Thé, is a traditional Sri Lankan pulled milk tea famous for its rich flavour, sweet condensed milk base, and velvety froth. The name Yara comes from the practice of pouring the tea from about a yard high , a technique that creates its signature frothy top while blending strong tea and condensed milk into its iconic red-brick colour and smooth finish.
