This house is designed in a land of 6.4 perch at Piliyandala. Since the land is bordered by roads from two sides, the land reservations were kept from front and side as well as 10 ft from rear side. As a result, the available land plot for built was approximately 4 perch. So, the biggest challenge was to manipulate all the required spaces within this limited land area. This house consists of parking area for two vehicles, living, dinning, open kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, tv lounge area, terrace area. Each and every space is located meaningfully allowing optimum natural light and ventilation and all the materials, colours, furniture supported in enhancing utility and aesthetic appearance.

Located in a 11 perch land in highly urban context of Wellawatta. This house consists of living area, dining area, pantry, wet kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, tv lounge area, terrace area and two vehicle parking. All the spaces are linked around the central courtyard; a green breathing space which acts as the core space of the house. This also contributes in creating a peaceful harmony in between inside and outside.

Two houses designed in a land area of 20 perch which is equally divided into two plots containing 10 perch each. Each house consists of parking area, living, dinning, pantry, kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, tv lounge area, terrace area, maid’s room and maid’s toilet. Every space is meaningfully located within the available area allowing plenty of natural light and ventilation. The design and materials are utilized considering easy maintenance, soothing appearance, and cost effectiveness.
