From offline-enabled mobile applications built for rural environments to real-time collection recording, instant payment processing, geo-tagging, biometric verification, QR-based traceability, and seamless SAP integration — this initiative demonstrates how technology can create real impact at grassroots level.

The project has not only improved operational efficiency and sustainability, but also strengthened financial accessibility and trust among rural farming communities across Sri Lanka.

🌿 A Step Closer to Empowering Sri Lanka’s Latex Farmers 💚

Every drop of latex collected by smallholder farmers carries the story of dedication, early mornings, and resilience. Yet, for years, one challenge persisted — the long wait to receive payments for their hard-earned supply.

At Agrithmics, we’ve always believed that technology can rewrite that story. Today, we’re proud to share a milestone moment where that belief became reality.

Through a powerful partnership with Dipped Products PLC (DPL) and Hatton National Bank (HNB), we are enabling instant payment solutions for smallholder latex farmers under DPL’s EasyPay scheme, powered by our AgriPay platform.

With this collaboration, farmers supplying latex will now receive instant digital payments directly to their accounts — reducing delays, improving transparency, and strengthening trust across the value chain.

The joint agreement was officially signed by Mr. Prashanth Premakumar, CEO of Agrithmics, Mr.Pushpika Janadheera, Managing Director of DPL, and Mr.Damith Pallewatte, CEO of HNB, symbolizing a shared vision: to bring financial inclusion and dignity to the hands that nurture our nation’s rubber industry.
