Green Side Residence is a modern, environmentally oriented residential complex in Novi Zagreb, located near Arena Centar and the Lanište area. Designed by the award-winning Log Urbis architectural office, the project prioritizes quality living, greenery, and functional design, with reduced building density, underground parking, and views of nature from all apartments. The development consisted of two phases, Modus and Atrium, offering 321 apartments ranging from 49 to 164 m². Thanks to its excellent traffic connections, proximity to amenities, and peaceful surroundings, the project sets a new standard of living in the area. The technical inspection was completed successfully and GSR ATRIUM has received a usage permit.

Spring is here and the facade of the GSR Atrium has been completed
At the Green Side Residence phase 2 Atrium, the façade has been completed. Atrium is a complex with 163 apartments and 3 commercial retail space. Also including underground parking with 250 parking spaces and private storage rooms, also outside parking available.

Uljak is ready and new owners are already settled in to the amazing sea view.
