MONDAY MOTIVATION
Simone Says: It’s time we start having honest conversations about fitness in midlife.
No fads. No extremes. Just what actually works for women in this season of life.
Today we’re talking about: moving your body everyday 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Tell me in the comments what you want me to cover next.
In midlife, life can feel loud.
The responsibilities.
The expectations.
The constant pull to take care of everyone else before yourself.
And somewhere in all of that… we lose the sound of our own breath.
We live in a state of low-level anxiety, always “on,” always doing, always thinking about what’s next.
But here’s your reminder…
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
You cannot lead, give, or love from a place of depletion.
Just like on a plane, you have to put your oxygen mask on first.
And sometimes that looks like this
stepping away from the noise,
standing still,
closing your eyes,
and simply breathing.
Because the peace you’re searching for isn’t out there.
It’s in the quiet moments you allow yourself to have.
This is your invitation to pause today… even if just for a minute.
Come back to yourself. 🤍

Today we’re talking about: ITS NEVER TOO LATE TO START WORKING OUT 💪🏻
Tell me in the comments what you want me to cover next.
You’re not “losing results”…
You’re just using an outdated strategy.
Midlife changes everything your hormones, your recovery, your muscle mass.
So your workouts need to evolve too.
What I see most:
→ Women doing more cardio, hoping to see change
→ Avoiding heavier weights
→ Treating rest like it’s optional
And then wondering why nothing is shifting.
Here’s the shift:
✨ Strength training becomes your foundation
✨ Intensity becomes intentional (not constant)
✨ Recovery becomes part of the plan not an afterthought
This is exactly how I train now and how I coach my women.
If you’re ready to feel strong, energized, and confident in your body again…
I’ve got you.

It’s never too late to start. Not in your 40s. Not in your 60s. Not even in your 70s or beyond. 💪🏻
Research continues to show that starting to exercise later in life can dramatically improve strength, mobility, heart health, and overall quality of life. Studies have found that adults in their 70s and 80s can still build muscle, increase bone density, reduce fall risk, and improve cognitive function through regular strength and aerobic training.
Movement is medicine. It helps lower the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, depression, and even dementia. It improves balance, independence, and energy for everyday life.
Your body is always capable of adapting. The only bad time to start is never.
Start small. Stay consistent. Your future self will thank you.
Thanks for the inspiration. Love to you and your parents ♥️🙌🏻🙏🏻
Whether you’re 15 or 100, movement is medicine.

Simone Says:
Your workouts should evolve as you age.
What worked in your 20s may not serve you in your 40s and beyond. Hormones shift, recovery matters more, and strength becomes essential for bone density, metabolism, and longevity.
This isn’t about doing less it’s about training smarter.
Lift weights. Prioritize recovery. Support your body through the changes.
Your workouts should grow with you, not fight against you. 💫
