So I’m pretty good at garnishing and other stuff in the line of my work and this one is beautiful man I love it. Strawberry cheesecake with fresh mint and vanilla pastry cream. 👍🤩

So I saw this mould man and I’m like let’s put Panna cotta in there if I’ll be able to remove it 😂 well then I had to stand in the refrigerator to do just that. This was done for a trial for Chef De Partie position. Mango and vanilla Panna Cotta; the taste is amazing 🤩
