Physique update:
May 3rd 2020 : 147 lbs
Oct 17th 2022 : 167 lbs
I’m in it for the long run. Maintained a steady healthy bulk for the past 2 years.
Right now I’m happy how far I’ve got as I’m able to sustain my current body weight without tracking calories. Its become natural.
Now the time has come for a cut period. Time to build as much muscle as possible while losing body fat and maintaining my weight.
