Christina came to our clinic 2 years ago complaining of her smile and some missing teeth. She had lateral agenesis on both sides(2 missing laterals congenitally). Good results are not always luck , they are a result of good planning.
This patient arrived to our clinic to enhance her smile, she has lateral agenesis from both sides (the left lateral is milk tooth with resorbed root) resulting in an asymetric smile. After refusing the ortho treatment, we decided to do a bridge from canine to canine and extract the milk tooth. Clearly there was no space for the right lateral so we did a mockup before preparing the teeth to help make space for the lateral@and visualize the end result. After cementation of the final bridge the patient was very satisfied and amazed how natural are her teeth and how amazingly we managed to restore a symetrical beautiful smile😍😍😍
