It has been one month since we said our formal "farewell" to Brother Juan Carlos, but his presence is still felt in every corner of the Fratelli Project.

We wanted to share this special album—a collection of moments from his final weeks with us. From the laughter shared with our youngest CBECE students to the deep, parting advice given to our "Wings to Fly" youth, and the emotional goodbyes with our dedicated Team.

These photos capture more than just a goodbye; they capture a legacy of "Lived Fraternity." Br. Juan Carlos didn't just lead; he walked alongside us. He showed us that impact isn't measured in years, but in the confidence of a child and the strength of a community.

As we celebrated Human Fraternity, we also mark a significant milestone in our own story. We share a heartfelt "Farewell and Thank You" to Brother Juan Carlos. You have lived the meaning of fraternity every single day.

And as one chapter concludes, another begins with hope. We are honored to welcome Brother Jude as our new Director. 🤝

This transition is a powerful reminder that our mission is a "living chain." While faces may change, our commitment to the children and youth remains steadfast.

Fraternity is not just about being together; it’s about lifting each other up.

For Human Fraternity Day, our Wings to Fly students took the lead! Specifically, our students from Wings 15 stepped up as team leaders, guiding their peers through a day designed to translate values into action.

Beyond the games, this was a masterclass in lived fraternity. Our students practiced:

🤝 Sharing roles and responsibilities
💪 Supporting peers through challenges
🎈 Celebrating effort over competition

Our non-competitive awards didn't go to the "fastest"—they went to those who showed the most unity, perseverance, and leadership with empathy.

For our CBECE students, February 4th wasn't just a date on the calendar; it was a day of laughter, shared games, and the simple joy of being together.

Fraternity starts with a smile and the courage to play together.

In every high-five, we see the values of respect and kindness taking root. This is how we build a future of peace: one child, one game, and one "brotherly" moment at a time.

Teens Summer Camp 2025

This summer was more than just fun, it was a journey of learning how to stand together.

From sports and art to group games, on-stage role-play, circus show and pool excursion, our teens explored important values like respect, participation and teamwork.

Through every challenge and every laugh, they discovered that real strength comes from supporting one another and respecting differences.

These young people remind us that they are not only the future, they are already building a better present.

كان هذا الصيف أكثر من مجرّد متعة… لقد كان رحلة لتعلّم كيف نقف إلى جانب بعضنا البعض.

من الأنشطة الرياضية والفنية إلى الألعاب الجماعية، والخروج إلى المسبح والسيرك، وصولًا إلى التمثيل على المسرح، تعرّف المراهقون على قيم مهمّة مثل الاحترام، المشاركة والعمل الجماعي.

ومن خلال كل تحدٍّ وكل ضحكة، فهموا أن القوة الحقيقية تكمن في دعم الآخر واحترام الاختلاف.

هؤلاء الشباب يذكّروننا أنهم ليسوا فقط مستقبل المجتمع, بل هم جزء من بنائه اليوم.
