This week, we had the pleasure of hosting another gathering of the Dagher Audit Community, bringing together professionals from across the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, finance, and business.
What started more than 10 years ago with only 10 participants has grown into a vibrant professional network of over 30,000 members connected through our WhatsApp communities and professional platforms. Through continuous sharing of tax updates, audit insights, accounting knowledge, career opportunities, and professional discussions, our community has continued to expand year after year.
During this gathering, we also celebrated a special birthday occasion Josiane A.T Raymond Attieh Nour Ismail, MSc Auditing, DipIFR , making the event even more memorable while strengthening the relationships that have been built within our network over the years.
We organize these networking events every quarter to give members the opportunity to meet in person, exchange experiences, build professional relationships, discuss industry developments, and create new opportunities for collaboration.
The success of this community demonstrates the power of knowledge sharing, professional networking, and continuous learning. What began as a small group of dedicated professionals has evolved into one of the largest professional communities in the region, and we remain committed to supporting its growth for many years to come.

Lebanese taxation has become one of the most critical areas for accountants, auditors, finance professionals, business owners, and tax advisors.

أصدر وزير المالية ياسين جابر قراراً مدّد بموجبه لغاية 08/06/2026 ضمناً، مهلة تقديم التصريح السنوي بضريبة الدخل عن أعمال سنة 2025 التي تنتهي مهلته الأساسية في 31/05/2026 بما فيه الخاص بالشركات صاحبة الحقوق البترولية والشركات صاحبة الحقوق البترولية المشغلة وتسديد الضريبة المتوجبة عنه ومهلة تقديم البيان بصاحب الحق الاقتصادي (النموذج م18) ومهلة التصريح السنوي العائد لسنة 2025 عن المبالغ الخاضعة لضريبة المادتين 41 و42 من قانون ضريبة الدخل ولضريبة الباب الثالث

صدر الآن الإصدار الثاني المحدّث الخاص بتعديلات عام 2026 والمتعلق بقانون الإجراءات الضريبية والغرامات والضمان الاجتماعي ، متضمناً آخر التعديلات والتنظيمات المعتمدة.

صدر مرسوم جديد يقضي برفع الحد الأقصى للأجر الخاضع لاشتراكات فرع التقديمات العائلية والتعليمية في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي ليصبح 28,000,000 ل.ل شهرياً.
كما تم تعديل قيمة التقديمات العائلية لتصبح بحد أقصى 7,875,000 ل.ل موزعة على الشكل التالي:
▪️ عن الزوج/الزوجة: 2,100,000 ل.ل
▪️ عن كل ولد (لغاية 5 أولاد): 1,155,000 ل.ل
وللعاملين الذين يقودون سياراتهم:
▪️ الحد الأقصى: 4,550,000 ل.ل
▪️ عن الزوج/الزوجة: 1,750,000 ل.ل
▪️ عن كل ولد: 560,000 ل.ل

يبدأ العمل بهذا المرسوم اعتباراً من أول الشهر الذي يلي تاريخ نشره.
