In the month of October I cannot but post this picture for me and my mom. It’s the first time that I get the courage to come to this subject and deal with it in public since I was six. So, when I was 6 years old as you see in this photo I lost my mom. Yes She passed away when I was only 6! Since that time I hated the words Mom, Mama, Mommy ...I hated getting involved in a conversation about families and moms in specific, and whenever it was my turn to speak I used the word
’My Family´ instead of my mom. Although God had sent us A Super great Stepmother, I could never escape that feeling of hatred by myself until I was Graced by God in 2014 when My daughter was born. I started using these words happily, I started being aware of what a mom means to a child, whenever my kids hug me, kiss me, miss me, wait for me....I know how I spent 28 years of my life deprived of those great feelings.

Do you know how I lost my mom?!!

Well she passed away after struggling with Breast Cancer!

So I urge every single follower to make sure that you, your wives, your moms, relatives are doing the mammogras to screen for breast cancer. Believe me you don’t want to Miss Any Mom in Your Family.

October is the “Breast Cancer Awareness Month “ 🎀🎀🎀

CDC's ACIP recommends that everyone aged 6 months and older receive an annual influenza vaccination.

This year in Particular it is verrry Important to get it as there is some overlap between influenza and Corona symptoms, which will make it difficult for us to differentiate.. Also getting both viruses at the same time or close to each other will Mostly be more serious than getting one virus. While everyone is waiting for the Coronavirus Vaccine to come out, let’s benefit from what we already have and know that it protects us from another possible deadly infection.

يوصي ACIP التابع لمركز السيطرة على الأمراض (CDC) بأن يتلقى كل شخص يبلغ من العمر 6 أشهر فما فوق التطعيم السنوي ضد الإنفلونزا.

هذا العام على وجه الخصوص من المهم الحصول عليه لأن هناك بعض التداخل بين أعراض الأنفلونزا وكورونا ، مما يجعل من الصعب علينا التفريق .. كما أن الإصابة بالفيروسين في نفس الوقت أو بالقرب من بعضهما البعض سيكون في الغالب أكثر أكثر خطورة من الإصابة بفيروس واحد. بينما ينتظر الجميع ظهور لقاح فيروس كورونا ، فلنستفيد مما لدينا بالفعل ونعلم أنه يحمينا من عدوى مميتة أخرى محتملة.
