Backdrop:
In a theatrical scenic design, a backdrop is:
1. A painted cloth hung at the back of a stage set. Also called backcloth.
2. The setting, as of a historical event; the background.
it is the background of the scene which create the ambiance of the act, and the situation.at this scene, the backdrop shows the magical and mysterious valley of the night queen, with her castle and the mysterious landscape around.
