This is the plan of 185 m2 apartments. there is one salon, one dining room, a main balcony, a guest toilet, a kitchen including maid room and toilet, one common toilet for kids, two bedrooms with a balcony, and one master bedroom with a balcony. The master bedroom and the kids' room have a very nice view towards the garden at the back of the project. The main balcony have a nice view towards the sea.

This is the plan of 175 m2 apartment. There is one salon, one dining room, two bedrooms, one master bedroom, a common toilet for kids, a guest toilet, a kitchen including maid room and toilet, and a main balcony. We are using 80*80 beij tiles (creme marfil) for the whole apartment, and ceramic spanish tiles for the kitchen and toilets with special colors to give the apartment a modern character.

This is the typical floor plan of Ayash Building. Each floor contains 4 apartments. The apartments are separated by double walls and acoustic isolation. All main balconies are made in a way to give privacy for the buyer and all are placed towards the sea view.

Ayash building consists of two blocks (A and B) attached to each other. The building has three residential floors, an underground parking, and an artesian well. Apartment sizes vary from 175 m2 to 185 m2
