You would like to build up your international professional experience by joining the telemarketing team for one of the largest multinational technology companies in the world, by serving its customers in the GCC while being based in Lebanon? In that case, you need to read about the chance to join our Ultra Dynamic Sales & Customer Experience unit, through this part time (and full time) opportunity.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) will be to help the company achieve its sales objectives across the GCC.This will require your best selling aptitudes in order to meet your objectives. This project also requires you to act as a true ambassador of the company, while not losing focus on delivering an outstanding customer service.

People in this position should be fully dedicated to service customers over the phone; Candidates should also expect to work flexible shifts, as our offices are open 7 days a week between 8am and 9 pm, and work a minimum of 36 hours a week.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact customer to explain the benefits of improving their online presence, and convince to adopt the services of our client • Answer customer questions related to the service proposed • Build customer confidence and increase satisfaction through your outstanding customer service skills








QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Experience

• University Undergraduate student, or recent graduate (Technical College is accepted) • Fluently Bilingual (English/Arabic) • Customer service experience is preferable

Aptitudes and Skills

• Communication skills (oral & written) • Supremely ethical and honest • Adaptable to change • Professional • Able to work in a constantly evolving computerized environment
