Session 1: Whisky - Distillation Process
-Types of whiskies
-Whisky regions
-Mixology Session of whisky based cocktails with Johnnie Walker blended whisky, Bulleit Bourbon, Bulleit Rye and Cardhu Whisky
Session 2: Spirits:
-Explanation about the 4 basic white spirits of the bar (tequila, Gin, Vodka, Rum)
-Country of Origin of each spirit
-Distillation Process -Mixology session with Tanqueray Gin, Don Julio, Captain Morgan, and Ketel one Vodka
Session 3: Liquors:
-Types of liquors (schnapps, liquor, cordials,) -Types of wines (fortified and aromatized)
-Aperitif
-Digestive
-Mixology session with the liquor
Session 4: Brandy and Champagne:
-Types of Brandy (Cognac, Armagnac, Ararat, Metaxa, etc...)
-Origin and types of Champagne (Champagne, Sparkling wine, Spumente, Prosecco,..)
-Distillation and processes for brandy and champagne making,
-Mixology session with Chandon Sparking wine, Moet Chandon Champagne, and Hennessey Cognac
