Few days ago, I was preparing for the first episode after Beirut's Explosion: My only purpose was to try to give a message of hope through cultural resistance & resilience and give examples of how to achieve this with old & new generations, always through culture, cinema, arts, music and theater.

I was hesitant and worried: After all what happened, all the victims, the injured, the damage... Am I being realistic ? Am I too naive to call for hope and faith ?

The answer was given to me yesterday, through this heartbeat under the ruins, trying to resist, trying to believe in life...

This heartbeat under the ruins is all what I need to know, to hear and to see to hope again

This heartbeat is the symbol of resistance, resilience, hope & Faith 🙏🇱🇧❤
