Position Location: Beirut Hamra, Lebanon
Reporting to: COO & Technical Consultant
Supervising a team of developers

Responsibilities

- Develop and stabilize the backend micro-services
- Take full ownership of all project stages, from business requirements gathering to product delivery.
- Responsible for end-to-end planning of the project, including resources, sprints, milestones, timelines, and deadlines.
- Mentor and Coach Junior team members and their project colleagues
- Own the technical implementation of the project they are handling and ensure that the project is on track, deadlines are met, and progress is communicated to management.
- Strong focus on code quality through conducting project code reviews on a frequent basis and integrating the needed optimizations and changes

Requirements

- BS degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years in MERN Stack or equivalent
- Designing Rest APIs
- 1+ years in GraphQL
- 1+ years in AWS or equivalent services
- Previous experience in automated and unit testing
- Strong knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD
- Experience with Scrum/Agile Development methodologies
- Keystone JS is a plus.
- Google Analytics is a plus

• Excellent knowledge in Social Media, Email , website and mobile " UI/UX" Platforms
• Stay Up to date on the last branding, communication and UI/UX Design trends.
• Optimize for simplicity, favoring modern and common design patterns over the complex.
• Good Understanding of Brand Guidelines & Design Principles.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative suite " Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Premier, Adobe XD"
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver a consistently high standard of work
• Strong organizational and Time Management Skills that meet deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and others

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in English & Arabic languages is mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and Design skills
• An Organized and Distinguished Portfolio that display your work.
