WATA BRUT CIDER

Wata Brut cider is a medium bodied Lebanese cider with a complex bouquet: roses, green apples and honey. Strong on the palate and finishes with great length.

Made by the sea on the rugged Isle of Skye, Talisker's Distillers Edition is finished in amoroso casks. This limited edition 2003 vintage Single Malt has sweetness and fruitiness backing up the distillery's maritime character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Gorgeous combination of sea spray and brine, oyster shells and pink peppercorns, along with chewy malt, orange peel and fruit to the smoke.

Palate: Seville orange marmalade, freshly ground black pepper, woodsmoke, clove and coriander seed. Aromatic smokiness.

Finish: A whiff of aromatic citrus, maritime notes and gentle peat.

Crafters Aromatic Gin

Powerfully fragrant and floral aromatic Estonian gin here from the Crafter's range, made with a selection of 12 botanicals, including rosehip flowers, meadowsweet, juniper berries and exotic yuzu. The rosehip means with the addition of tonic, the pigments in the gin turn a bright pink.

Chateau Trois Collines Viognier 2020

This specific white is in its first vintage, grown from the Trois Collines limestone, with steep slopes terroirs, at some 1,600m altitude. It is a crisp and elegant Lebanese Bekaa White, unoaked with high minerality and a deliciously salty touch.

Connemara Original Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Inspired by Ireland's ancient distilling traditions, Connemara's smooth sweet malt taste and complex peat flavours makes it a truly unique Irish whiskey. An aroma of sweet barley with wafts of peaty smoke, kippers and well baked apple crumble. Tastes of lightly honey sweet, subdued clean rather than sooty smoke with peaty vegetal notes, sweet barley water, light spice and vanilla oak.

Tasting notes
Nose: Enticingly smoky with some pear and apple followed by some subtle dried fruit aromas.
Palate: Silky smooth with a honey sweet start, followed by malt and fruit flavours giving way to full bodied peat.
Finish: Lingering smoke, spicy oak and sweet almonds.

Dalmore 15 Year Old

A favourite expression in the Dalmore stable, this 15 year old is elegant and smooth, with lipsmacking texture and the flawless balance one would expect from blending maestro Richard Paterson. It proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

Tasting notes
Nose: Chocolate orange, with dried fruit, hazelnuts and dry spiciness.
Palate: Rich, c notes of raisins, currants, cherries, cinnamon and nutmeg, stem ginger in syrup with hints of anise and a little hickory.
Finish: Long finish of malty barley and smoky espresso.

Belier de Rey Edition Prologue 2018

A masterful full-bodied, small-batch wine from Rayfoun. Intense ruby with purple reflections, a delicate woody aroma, with notes of sweet spices and to***co leaves. A few minutes of airing gives way notes of red fruits and liquorice.

K**b Creek 9 Year

K**b Creek Bourbon is patiently aged for nine years in charred, American, white oak barrels and bottled at an honest 100 proof. The result is an undeniably big, full flavor that strikes your palate with layers of flavor and a smooth finish. It’s is rich and hearty – the way true bourbon ought to be – offering an exceptional bourbon one sip at a time.

Tasting notes
Nose: Spicy and sweet, with aromas of toasted nuts, sweet cereals and oak spice.
Palate: Notes of candy floss and nut oil, a touch of spice and dark chocolate, a little spice and charred oak.
Finish: Long with a touch of dryness.

Glenfarclas 15 Year Old

Rich and sherried 15 year old malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. A must for lovers of sherried whisky, boasting oodles of dried fruit notes.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Complex and full, with heather honey, sweet vanilla fudge and dark fruit – raisins and plums.
Palate: Rich and oily texture, with layers of marzipan, fruity sherry and spicy cinnamon and ginger.
Finish: Incredibly long and complex, lingering with brown-sugar sweetness and fruit.

Del Professore Monsieur Gin 2020

One of three expressions from the Gin del Professore range produced by the Jerry Thomas Project in Rome. The Monsieur edition focuses on the juniper side of things, with a subtle flash of citrus peels. An outstanding London Dry gin, whose distillation and infusion process creates its characteristic amber color.

Nose: Intense juniper scents enriched with intense hints of fruit and flowers.
Palate: Round and silky, with strength and great softness.
Finish: Long and persistent.

Mijenta Tequila Blanco

Designed by nature and crafted from the best possible ingredients, Mijenta uses fully mature, blue weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, and a meticulous slow process coupled with traditional methods, to give this double distilled tequila blanco a crisp and sweet flavor profile.

Palate: summer melon, honey, cinnamon, cooked agave, white pepper, butter
