An online event management company is looking for a very dynamic, talented, presentable, and extremely punctual and meticulous young lady to join its active team in Beirut office:
Languages spoken: Very fluent in English/Arabic (spoken and written), French is a big plus
Computer Skills: Very advanced in using MS Office (including PowerPoint), Email (G Suite, Outlook...)
Preferred age: 26-37
Personality: very organized, strong, well-articulated, sharp thinking, dynamic, and very focused. Sales and Account Management oriented, a leader and a go-getter by nature!
Tasks and Duties:
Sales (B2B): Very targeted and niche sales activities: including scheduling and booking sales meetings with prospects, generating leads, closing sales opportunities and deals.
Responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities.
Acting as account manager to look over deliverables set by the team, supervise daily process, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
Liaise with all team members to deliver fantastic online events, error-free, and outstanding!
Liaise with the GM and Sales Manager on the sales forecast and progress
Liaise with the Administration and Accounting department in regards to invoicing and finance.
Preferred background: Hospitality Management, Banquet, Event Management, MICE, Account Management (Advertising Agency, Media Agency...), Medical Sales Representative.
Driving license and car are a plus.
