Another year, another birthday album full of people I love 🎂🥂✨

This year came with a few plot twists — the good kind.

A new turn in my consulting journey with TOEFL joining my portfolio, new challenges that pushed me and made work even more exciting.

And somewhere along the way, a different kind of growth happened too… I became more in touch with my emotions, more peaceful, more disciplined, and maybe a little better at knowing what deserves my energy (still a work in progress 😌).

But the best part? The people. 🤍
The precious friends who show up, make me laugh way too much, celebrate the wins, survive the chaos and make everything more fun.

More growth. More peace. More discipline. More beautiful work. And definitely more nights like this. 🥂

Here’s to the next chapter ✨

People often ask me what being the Head of a Career Orientation & Soft Skills Development Program for 12–14-year-olds has to do with being a marketing consultant.

They’re right.

Nothing.

And yet… it means everything. ✨

Because education is my cause. ❤️

It is my way of giving back to Lebanon. 🇱🇧 Our country will never truly evolve if we don’t continue investing in education. And perhaps it is also my way of giving back to the teenager I once was—the shy one, the one who was sometimes bullied, sometimes lonely, and who didn’t always believe in herself.

Every year, I hope that my teens leave this camp feeling a little more confident, a little more seen, and a little more understood. I hope they discover that their voice matters, that they are capable, that they belong, and that there will always be good people in this world who genuinely care about them. 🌱

This year, I realized that I may have received even more than I gave. 🤍

Thank you, Andrew, Béatrice, Cédric, Christian, Cyril, Diana, Inès, Julien, Kate, Kevin, Laetitia, Leah, Lelya, Marc, Nicolas, and Yara, for sharing a small part of your summer with us. You have no idea the gift you have given me. 💛

A heartfelt thank you as well to every expert who believed in this camp and generously shared their time, knowledge, and passion to help shape the next generation. 🙏

And finally, thank you to my one and only Youmna Baladi, founder of Tomorrow Teen Forum. Thank you for inspiring me from day one with your vision, your unwavering attention to every detail, your empathy, and your constant encouragement to surpass myself. Two wonderful days delivering trainings on “Social Media Strategy” and “Social Media Channels & Setup” as part of the “Global Digital Marketing Training” for the Armenian community at the Centre de Formation Professionnelle USJ in collaboration with Kapacity Builders.

Thank you for your trust, your warmth, and your engagement throughout these sessions.

One of the things I love most about training is sharing knowledge, empowering others, and helping people realize that they are capable of achieving more than they think. At the same time, I learn something new from every group I meet—because the richness of human interaction is one of the greatest lessons of all.

As always, I got attached to my students, and I hope you enjoyed and felt as inspired by these two days as I did.
