Uncertain times don’t cancel self-care—they make it essential.

We’re living in a reality where nothing feels predictable. And in moments like these, it’s easy to disconnect from ourselves, to pause our lives, to wait for “later.”
But self-care isn’t something you postpone until things feel safe again. It’s how you stay steady through the unknown.

For me, it looks like this:
taking care of how I feel, one small decision at a time.
creating moments of calm in the middle of chaos.
choosing people who feel like home.
staying connected to love, to movement, to joy.

Not because everything is okay—but because I need to be.

As a marketer, I always say: consistency builds trust.
And the same applies to the relationship you have with yourself.

So this is your reminder:
take care of yourself, even now.

Today, with everything happening around us, we’re seeing more and more videos online, and honestly sometimes we don’t even know what’s real anymore.

And with AI growing so fast in 2026, creating content has never been easier, but trust has never been more fragile.

This is exactly what I see in marketing: brands are producing more, faster, but they’re forgetting something essential—credibility.

My role is not just to help you market more, it’s to help you build a relationship where people trust you, come back to you, and believe what you say.

If you’re using AI today, here’s one simple rule: never replace your voice—use AI to support it. Show your face, share your real opinions, explain your process, because in a world full of doubt, human clarity is what builds trust.

AI is powerful, but your authenticity is what makes people stay.

Posting during war can feel uncomfortable for many brands.
The fear is real: sounding insensitive, selling at the wrong moment, or simply not knowing what tone is appropriate.

But silence is not always the answer. What matters is how you show up.

Here are examples of how different industries can adapt their communication:

• Food brands: focus on reassurance — show availability, reliability, and comforting products people can count on

• Pharmacies / healthcare: share useful information, safety advice, or how people can access support

• Fashion brands: create lighter, uplifting content that offers small moments of distraction without pushing aggressive sales

• Hospitality & restaurants: highlight community, warmth, and safe places where people can gather or feel normal again

• Service businesses: provide clarity, guidance, or helpful resources that reduce uncertainty.

In difficult times, marketing shouldn’t disappear.
It should become more human, more thoughtful, and more responsible.

The brands people remember later are often the ones that knew how to show up with empathy when it mattered most.

Gratitude is the best medicine during tough times.

Many people in Lebanon are currently on the streets or away from home. Brands have the ability to support in very concrete ways.

Some CSR ideas brands can activate right now:
• Food brands: distribute meals, water, or essential food packs
• Hotels / hospitality: offer temporary shelter or reduced rates for displaced families
• Pharmacies / healthcare brands: provide basic medical kits or free consultations
• Fashion / retail brands: organize clothing donations or essentials kits
• Logistics / transport companies: help move supplies or people safely

These actions don’t need to be perfect or massive. What matters is showing up with empathy and responsibility.

In difficult moments, brands are remembered less for what they sold — and more for how they supported their community.

Many brands today are visible, active on social media, and constantly “doing marketing” — yet they don’t feel their efforts are translating into real, consistent results.

I recently updated my portfolio to reflect how I work with decision-makers who want clarity, alignment, and marketing actions that actually serve their business goals.

This document isn’t a list of services. It’s an overview of how I think, how I challenge decisions, and how I help brands move from scattered actions to a clear direction.

If you’re serious about making your marketing make sense — and want a strategic partner who will think with you, not just execute for you — you can access it via the link in my bio.

Behind the scenes of my work as a marketing consultant:

I don’t believe in “external help” that feels distant from the brand.
The work is better when you’re close to the reality of the business:
the team, the context, the challenges, the rhythm.

That’s why I adapt the way I work with each client.
Sometimes I’m on-site, immersed in your world.
Sometimes I work remotely, giving space for strategy and clarity.

What matters most isn’t where I work from —
it’s how I work with you:
with ownership, care, and long-term vision.

Real partnerships create better marketing.
And better marketing creates real growth.

What’s the point of hoping in this country? For me, it’s education. It’s the act of learning, of feeding the mind with novelty and honoring the potential we all carry within us.

Education gives me hope—because without it, I don’t know if we could ever dream of a brighter future. This belief is what fueled my recent session on marketing for College Champville and N.D. de Lourdes school leaders and educators.

Together, we explored how to make their schools more connected and impactful, empowering them to shape the next generation.

Witnessing their enthusiasm reminded me that even in challenging times, we have the tools to create meaningful change through knowledge and relationships.

This is why I do what I do—to inspire, to guide, and to believe in the possibility of something better.
