The Firm was established with the discovery of an open niche in intellectual property, a non-tapped practice area at the time. The age of technology and easy communication being fraught with dangers to trademark and copyright owners necessitated the protection of intellectual property, which is now considered among companies’ primary assets. Since then, the Firm has expanded its practice areas to information technology, entertainment, distributorship, agency, real estate, corporate, environmental, commercial, litigation, international law and others. Working with a united vision, the Firm has achieved a 99% success rate, thanks to its attorneys’ analytical skills and team’s fast response. The Firm’s multilingual attorneys handle a roster of multidisciplinary cases for high profile clients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, technology, FMCG, F&B, High-fashion sectors, and creative industries among others. SADER & Associates at the EuroMed Clusters Policy Seminar - Mashreq Edition
Atty. Nisrine Haddad will represent SADER & Associates at the EuroMed Clusters Policy Seminar in Cairo on 16 September, where she will present the roadmap for the development of cluster regulations in Lebanon, alongside policymakers, cluster leaders, researchers, and international experts from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine.
The seminar will explore cluster-driven innovation, industry-research collaboration, technology adoption, and stronger regional value chains, with a focus on translating regional experience into actionable policy recommendations.
Organized under the EU-funded EuroMed Clusters Forward (ECF) initiative by the Economic Research Forum (ERF), in collaboration with ANIMA Investment Network and FEMISE Network.

In line with international standards governing well-known trademarks and established jurisprudence, the Court of Appeal of Mount Lebanon affirmed that reproducing the registered “Crocodile” trademark is sufficient to establish similarity between original products and counterfeit goods, regardless of minor differences.
This decision reinforces the robust protection afforded to well-known trademarks against imitation and counterfeiting practices.
