When Love is unconditional, judgment stops being a threat and becomes a gentle invitation to become more ourselves.

In our last psychospiritual session with Father , we talked about God’s love not as a reward for being “good enough”, but as a safe place where even our fears, mistakes and doubts are seen… and still held. 🤍

As part of the Sandeh Project, our beneficiaries took part in a physiotherapy session on movement and stretching. Guided by Mikhael Matar (), a final-year Physiotherapy student at USJ, the session provided practical tips and tricks to improve posture, prevent pain, and encourage healthy daily habits.
