I would love to share with you a Ramadan menu iftar✨
Take some ideas!
Ramadan menu:
Jallab- amareddine - lemonade.
Dates
Lentil soup/ recipe is in my highlight.
Fattush/ recipe is posted too.
Koussa wa Warak einab.
Thyme Fatayer
Grilled cauliflower
Egg with meat
French fries

Ramadan Lychee & mango fruit salad✨
Recipe:
Two lychee cans (save the liquid).
Two yellow melon or one yellow & one green.
Two sweet mangoes. I prefer the Australian one.
Half can of seven up.
1 tbs Blossom water.
2 cups of chopped almond. Soak in water.
For shaping the fruit, use the fruit shaper spoon or Ice cream spoon.
Dressing:
One cup of Fresh Mango juice.
You can use the ready mango juice.
Lychee liquid.

Ramadan Muhallabiye✨🌙

Ramadan is soon✨I will be happily sharing some Ramadan recipes so you can save them!
Basbusa recipe:
1 cup coarse semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup Laban
1 egg
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder or 1tbs vanilla extract
-Mix altogether and let the dough rest a bit.
-Bake in oven for 30 min & 5 min (heat from up)
-Add homemade Ashta as well as homemade syrup on top!

١ كباية سميد
١ كباية سكر
١ كباية جوز الهند
١/٢ كوب زبدة دائبة
٣/٤ كباية لبن او زبادي
١ بيض
١ ملعقة فانيليا سائلة او ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا باودر
بتلاقوا وصفة القشطة بالهايلايت:
٣ كبايات حليب
٣ ملاعق زبدة طرية
٣ ملاعق سكر
١ ملعقة كبيرة ماء الزهر
٦ ملاعق نشا
نخلطهم مع بعض عالبارد بعدين منحطهم عالنار بس يسخنوا منضيف قشطة قيمر علبة واحدة وصحتين
نتركها لتبرد ونغطيها بالنايلون ليضل الوجه طري
