It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Nadim Younes, a loving father, a loyal friend and an exceptional architect.

Nadim’s life was not without challenges, however being the man that he was, strong-willed and determined, he chose to rise above them every single day of his life.

He connected with people through his kindness and charisma, and channelled his passion for art and design into his work.

He will be dearly missed.

Architecture defines the identity of the city. The people are its soul.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have lost loved ones in the tragic blast and for all those who have been injured, to recover and heal.

At MDDM Architects, we are saddened to have witnessed the complete destruction of Beirut. The architectural heritage of the city is our pride and must be saved. We are determined to support with the rebuilding of Beirut and preserving our heritage for future generations.
