Chicken Caesar Salad:
Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 lollo roso lettuce
- 1 grilled chicken breast (olive oil, garlic, black pepper, paprika, oregano, hiccups, salt)
- Grated parmesan
Croutons:
- 8 soft toast
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tspn garlic
- 1/2 tspn paprika
- 1/4 tspn oregano
-1/4 tspn hiccups
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 3 Tbsp grated parmesan
- Black pepper
- Salt
