full job description:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to follow up on legal and administrative tasks, deadlines, client matters, and internal workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional coordination with lawyers, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage day-to-day law firm operations, including task tracking, workflow organization, appointment scheduling, and follow-up on pending matters.
- Client service skills to handle inquiries professionally, maintain confidentiality, and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Administrative experience, including document organization, data entry, file management, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices, payments, and billing-related matters.
- Proficiency with office tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow up with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal department, consulting firm, or professional services environment is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are considered an asset.

تُعدّ الوساطة القضائيّة وسيلة مهمّة لتخفيف العبء عن المحاكم وتسريع حلّ النزاعات، لكن نجاحها يفترض احترام السرّيّة والحياد، والفصل بين الوسيط والقاضي الذي يفصل في الدعوى. كما يجب ألّا تتحوّل إلى وسيلة لتأخير العدالة أو الضغط على المتقاضين، بل أن تُستخدم فقط حيث تكون التسوية مجدية فعلًا.

Judicial mediation is an important means of reducing the burden on courts and accelerating the resolution of disputes. However, its success requires respect for confidentiality and impartiality, as well as a clear separation between the mediator and the judge deciding the case. It must not become a tool for delaying justice or pressuring litigants, but should be used only where settlement is genuinely feasible.
