SPEC Multi-purpose Building

SPEC Multi-purpose Building is a four-storey building plus a roof-top with cover. We usually lend whole floors for one year or more.

On the second and third floor, there are several rectangle rooms which was originally designed to be classrooms. Companies and individuals can feel free to scout the building in order to determine whether it matches their ideal location of their business/project or not. Inspiring teachers of any subject who wants a location to teach students are welcomed (renting only one room is totally okay).
