Bank Halyk Atyrau
The Halyk Bank building in Atyrau, designed by INK Architects, has become a new architectural landmark in the city. Situated in a prestigious area with well-developed transportation infrastructure, the building sets a new standard for business environments.
The dynamic façade, with its panoramic glazing and flowing lines, adapts to the complex geometry of the site and the local climate. The interior space unites the client and office areas into a single, ergonomic volume. Double-height halls, terraces, and strategically placed sunlight create a bright and open building, while the ground floor becomes an active public space.
The INK Architects team provided the full design cycle. Particular attention was paid to the technical aspects: the monolithic reinforced concrete frame and deep foundation system were specifically designed for the challenging soil conditions of the site. This project exemplifies how modern aesthetics and in-depth engineering create a functional and reliable structure.

Команда INK Architects обеспечила полный цикл проектирования. Особое внимание уделили технической части: монолитный железобетонный каркас и система фундаментов глубокого заложения были специально разработаны под сложные грунтовые условия участка. Этот проект — пример того, как современная эстетика и глубокая инженерная проработка создают функциональный и надежный объект.

The headquarters of a major national bank is designed as a symbol of stability, transparency and contemporary corporate culture. Located near Khan Shatyr and Astana Opera, the project responds to a highly prestigious urban context.

Two volumes of 6 and 7 floors are linked by an elevated pedway, allowing efficient internal circulation and creating additional functional space. Façade composition is structured around clear vertical and horizontal rhythms, with articulated cornice lines giving the complex a monumental, balanced presence.

Interiors follow a refined high-tech minimalism with custom-designed furniture, warm metallic accents and curated lighting scenarios. The landscape design integrates plazas, parks and parking facilities, forming a fully self-sufficient business environment.
