This World Blood Donor Day, we join the Cayman Islands Blood Bank in recognising the generous donors who help save lives every day and encourage those who are eligible to consider becoming a donor.

Team Cayman First had a great time at the Field of Dreams, celebrating five years of supporting the YMCA of the Cayman Islands Youth Baseball & Softball Programme.

From the excitement on the field to the smiles at our snow cone booth, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the YMCA community and cheer on the next generation of athletes.

We’ve been so proud to support this programme and help its young players build confidence, develop new skills, and learn the value of teamwork both on and off the field. Thank you to the YMCA, coaches, volunteers, and families for making it all possible.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Pettier as Chief Executive Officer of Cayman First.

Having previously served as Vice President of Property & Casualty, Natasha steps into the role following nearly two years as a key member of Cayman First’s senior leadership team, where she has helped strengthen operational performance, digital innovation, and customer experience across the business.

As CEO, Natasha will continue working closely with our leadership team and Board of Directors to advance our strategic priorities and continue delivering trusted protection and service to the customers, clients, and communities we proudly serve.
