Responsibilities include:
• Insurance verification and authorizations
• Medical billing and claims coordination
• Accounts receivable follow-up
• Patient account management
• Communication with insurance companies
• Administrative and reporting support

Requirements:
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare environment preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with EMRs, insurance claims, or billing is an asset
• Caymanian or individuals with the legal right to work in the Cayman Islands are preferred
