Kuwait on Tuesday, recorded the coldest temperatures in 60 years. Official temperature recorded at Mataraba and Salmi area was -1 degree while the perceived temperature was -8 degrees Celsius in Mataraba area and -6 degrees Celsius in Salmi.
In Kuwait city, the perceived temperature was 0 degree while officially recorded temperature was 8 degrees Celsius.
