The word ‘Hanhum’ is an old Kuwaiti greeting, said by a person who enters a room of people enjoying a meal. The undoubtedly hungry people reply by saying, “Winta minhum,” cordially inviting the greeter to join them. We aim to invite people to enjoy our food, which we present in a contemporary yet traditional Kuwaiti way.
