DAR AISHA | Finishes phase in one of the private villas in compound DAR AISHA in Missela, Kuwait. A residential project spanning 5,000sqrm+ which is a collection of 9 residential investment and private units and a grand reception hall (Diwan). The living room of each villa takes up a prime space and over looks an indoor pool that opens on the outdoor terrace and garden.

The concept honors the traditional Arabic plan while reinterpreting it with refined geometry, texture, and light — creating a composition that joints the simple sensation of modernity with the timeless space value of our heritage.

ديوان م | يسرنا عرض تصميم هذا المشروع الجديد، احدى مشاريعنا تحت الانشاء و يبلغ مساحته ١,٠٠٠ م٢+. حافظنا في هذا التصميم على المخطط العربي التقليدي بشكل هندسي معاصر للحصول علي مساحات داخليه و كتله معماريه تجمع بين الطابع التراثي القديم و بساطة التصميم الحديث.

PALACE KS | Unveiling one of our new designs in Missela, Kuwait. A new project spanning 3,000sqrm+. Our approach for Palace KS focused on multiple layers that determined the form, space, and character of this opulent building. The influence of the strong calculated curves and strategic layering of each attribute relating to the inside, outside, light and openness was the key to arrive at a solid concept of views, cohesive blend between interior and exterior, and a dynamic sense of circulation.

‎قصر KS | يسرنا كشف واحد من تصاميمنا لقصر في المسيلة، الكويت يبلغ مساحته ٣,٠٠٠ م٢+ .اهمية اخذ بعين الاعتبار و تأثير معطيات المشروع من موقع، حركة الشمس، المناظر الخارجية و الطلبات الداخلية ما ادت الى تحقيق مزيج متناسق و احساس ديناميكي منسجم ما بين الواجهات الخارجية و التوزيع الداخلي و حددت بعناية الاطلالات و كمية الضوء باستخدام عنصر الدائرة و عامل الانحناء.
