Ilyes Ouali Fall / Winter 21 collection.
The idea behind it was to recreate the projecfion of light and shadow on the human body.

Ilyes Ouali's FW21 is a collection of flashbacks. It all started from Ilyes's love for the visual and sound artist Ryoji Ikeda. Test Pattern [12] was an installation in London that surrounded the room with conversions of date from music, photos and videos into giagantic monochrome binary patterns.

The reflections of the patterns on the body was the source of inspiration for the collection, as it shaped itself depending on the different body curves or any other surfaces.

Ilyes tried to keep the contemporary feel of the installation by using the twisted cope cord and finessing it through the female body to create flattering and desirable silhouettes.
