Job Description:
Burhan Medical Company is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars.

Provide detailed information about our medical services.

Requirements:
