Leadpoint Systems Strengthens CarbonFleet’s Competitive Edge as a Carbon Asset Platform, Surpassing 2,000 Cumulative Downloads

SEOUL, South Korea — Leadpoint Systems announced that CarbonFleet, its carbon data management and carbon credit transaction support platform, has surpassed 2,000 cumulative downloads, marking continued growth in its user base. Initially developed through B2B and B2G pilot programs with companies and public institutions, CarbonFleet is now expanding its reach to individual users and evolving into a core platform that connects carbon reduction data with carbon credits and digital asset value. More recently, Leadpoint Systems has broadened the platform’s real-world applications through a partnership with eco-friendly materials company Ecomean, linking verified carbon reduction outcomes from industrial operations with data and blockchain technology.

Leadpoint System Builds Blockchain-Based Trust Infrastructure

Leadpoint System, together with BlockOdyssey and FutureSense, is actively advancing the “Interoperability-Based Public Trust Infrastructure Development” project under the Trust Infrastructure category of the 2026 Blockchain Demonstration Project, led by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).

According to Leadpoint System on the 24th, the project aims to develop and demonstrate three types of cloud-based blockchain infrastructure that can be utilized across the public sector.

As the lead company of the consortium, Leadpoint System is focusing on establishing a shared digital wallet infrastructure for public-service environments. In collaboration with participating companies BlockOdyssey and FutureSense, the company is also building a trusted service environment that can interoperate with Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) and data traceability systems.

Leadpoint System Advances Shareholder Meeting Platform
Integrated Management of Shareholders, E-Voting, Proxy Voting and Verification

Blockchain technology company Leadpoint System is advancing its blockchain-based shareholder meeting platform through the “2026 Blockchain Technology Development Funding Program” led by Incheon Technopark. Under the program, Leadpoint System is carrying out the project titled “Development and Demonstration of a DID-Based Electronic Shareholder Management and Proxy Management Platform (InnoVoting Lastmile)” to further enhance its service capabilities.

According to Leadpoint System on the 11th, the project centers on upgrading its existing blockchain-based electronic voting platform, InnoVoting, into an integrated digital governance platform that supports shareholder management, electronic shareholder meetings and electronic proxy voting within a single environment.

Who is actually using DIDComm today?

Leadpoint System recently initiated a global survey with the Decentralized Identity Foundation (DIF) to better understand how DIDComm is being used in real-world environments.

Over three months, 29 organizations from countries including the United States, Germany, India, Brazil, Switzerland, Australia, Portugal, and Canada participated in the survey.

The results show that DIDComm is already well beyond the experimental stage.

Among the respondents, 14 organizations are running DIDComm in production. Combined, these deployments represent more than 25 million users and millions of transactions every day.

DIDComm is being used across identity wallets, credential issuance, agent-to-agent communication, government services, financial services, enterprise applications, AI agents, and cross-organizational data exchange.

The survey also showed that DIDComm and OpenID4VC are not necessarily competing choices. Many organizations are implementing both and selecting the protocol that best fits each architecture and user flow.

At the same time, interoperability, implementation complexity, tooling, documentation, and broader adoption remain key challenges.

For LPS, this survey was an opportunity to move beyond assumptions and understand how decentralized identity technologies are actually being deployed around the world.
