Dalian Port in China is open, but Trampers are still not allowed to come in.

Container carriers can call and offload containers but have to wait for 3-4 weeks in CY before releasing them to the buyers

Still need more to become normal

Dalian has over 2000 containers are waiting for CIQ check and container port is not opening yet.
