Candidate criteria :

SENIOR TECHNICIAN ARCHITECT
- Lead the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Review and validate drawings to ensure technical accuracy, buildability, and coordination across all disciplines.
- Maintain drawing standards, layer control, file management, and version control.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, zoning requirements, and accessibility standards in Cambodia.
- Identify potential compliance risks early and propose technical solutions.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior architectural technicians and designers.
- Review junior staff output and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Assist in training team members on software tools, drawing standards, and construction detailing.
- Support workload planning and task delegation within the technical team.

Architect

- Candidate must be able self lead and manage the project from start to finish
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Develop detailed design proposal from mood board to detail drawings
- Candidate must be able to quickly understand the vision of the project and translate it into detail designs
- Candidates must be effectively good in storytelling through design principles, keywords and graphic/ infographic. (Verbally and Visually)

TUBE Coffee – Existing Tree Preservation Concept
A design driven by the commitment to preserve what already belongs to the site.
The building form rises lightly around an existing tree, allowing it to become an active participant in the architectural experience. A leaning roof shields the interior from harsh west sunlight, while an open-roof skylight frames the tree as the focal point of the space. The result is a calm, nature-rooted café environment that balances
function, comfort, and environmental sensitivity.
